Daryl has shown patience beyond recognition. He has to explain the same thing multiple times.
Daryl knew how to support and improve my injury and has supported me to make a recovery far beyond the expectations of anyone. We have had set backs along the way and he has dealt with the odd temper tantrum more than once when I have been frustrated due to the issues related to my injury. He has kept me focused on the improvement and how far we have come.
Be aware Daryl takes your training as seriously as he takes his own! He watches and corrects you every session. He works you hard but has a laugh with you as well. He will push you to do more than you think possible, and has put up with some colourful language!
Oh he also counts really slowly and enjoys saying last 2 reps, especially on leg day!
For someone who hated anything to do with weights and weight training he has managed to change my mindset and confidence in the gym so I can go into the weight section and not panic!
The poor guy has explained multiple times all things nutrition based to me and answered my dumb questions.
