Do I have to be fit before I start a training plan?
Of course not, you can be a first timer or an athlete. Our experienced trainers will guide you through your journey no matter your fitness level.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself with a can-do attitude and we will go above and beyond to deliver everything else.
Do we have a cancelation policy?
We do we require discipline to make sure our clients gain the most from each training session, we require 24 hours’ notice without charge.
How quickly will I see results?
If you follow our advice you will see between 25 – 100 % improvement between month number 1 and month number 3, small gains are seen between week 1 and week 4. Results are always seen.
